In line with Component 3’s objective of trade facilitation and harmonization of regional agricultural trade policies on critical food system resilience; and towards meeting FSRP’s objective of improving sub-regional agricultural trade by 10% , FSRP is working towards the rehabilitation of selected bulk markets of sub-regional patronage to build Ghana’s capacity to participate in viable regional trade. These are:
The Bolgatanga and Fumbisi Markets in the Upper East Region
The Denu Market in the Volta Region
The Agogo Market in the Ashanti Region.
